This policy explains what codecrafteddigital.com collects and how it is used. This website is operated by Digital Designs, which has taken over Code Crafted Digital's clients, and the information you send through it is handled by the Digital Designs team.
What we collect
When you send the project form we receive what you type into it: your name, business, email address, phone number if you give it, the services you tick and your message. We store it in our website's administration area, along with the IP address and browser it was sent from, which helps us spot spam, and send a copy to our team by email so someone can reply.
The site also keeps visit statistics of its own to help us improve it: which pages are viewed, how visitors move between them, what they click and how far they scroll, their device and browser, and their IP address. It stores a random identifier in your browser so repeat visits can be recognised. These statistics are kept on our own server, IP addresses in them are deleted automatically after 90 days, and nothing is recorded if your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. We do not sell them or use them to build advertising profiles.
We also use Google Analytics to see how visitors find and use the site: which pages are viewed, how long visits last, the general area a visit comes from and the type of device used. Google processes this information on its own servers. We use these reports only to improve the site, not for advertising. How we use it
We use what you send to answer you, to prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Cookies
The site uses a session cookie that is needed for the contact form to work securely. Google Analytics also sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) that recognize a browser on later visits, so visits are counted accurately. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work. If advertising tools are added in the future, this policy will be updated to say so.
