This Fulfillment Policy outlines our service delivery methods, payment terms, refund and cancellation conditions, and contact information.
1. Service Delivery
- Digital Marketing & Software Services: Upon agreement and receipt of the required deposit, our team will begin the agreed-upon services. Timelines and deliverables will be defined in the scope of work or service agreement. We maintain transparent communication throughout the project and provide regular updates.
2. Payment & Refund Policy
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the project total is required before any work begins.
- The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and prior to final delivery or launch.
- Due to the customized nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel at any time; however, the 50% deposit remains non-refundable.
- If cancellation occurs after additional work has been completed beyond the deposit value, a prorated invoice for work performed may be issued.
